1. How does the Commission Junction Affiliate Program work?
Our Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to TrueCredit.com. You do this by placing links on your site. Every time you refer a customer to us and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission (see
commission schedule). Each month you will receive a commission check based on the number of TrueCredit sales. It's that easy!
2. What are the qualifications for your Affiliate Program?
Anyone may submit an application, but we do reserve the right to refuse
membership to a site or revoke a site's membership at any time. Due to Credit Bureau
mandates, we cannot affiliate with sites that:
 
  •    Focus on "credit repair" services
  •    Promote violence
  •    Promote illegal activities
  •    Contain content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene,         invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable
  • If the subject matter or content of your site changes significantly after you become an affiliate,
    we will need to reevaluate our partnership. Please email us at affiliate@truecredit.com to notify
    us about any major changes.
    3. How much does it cost to become an Affiliate?
    Nothing! It's absolutely free to become an Affiliate Member. There are no charges, no
    minimum sales requirements or sales quotas you must reach before earning referral fees
    with our program. You start earning as soon as you join.
    4. How do I sign up?
    It is very easy to join our Affiliate Program. Here's how:
     
  •    Read and accept the Affiliate Operating Agreement.
  •    Complete and submit your online application form.
  • After acceptance, you will gain access to the members-only Affiliate Resource Center. From
    here you can change your account information, view earnings, download graphics, and access
    affiliate success tips to give your program a boost!
    5. How do I create links?
    After acceptance, you will have access to the Affiliate Resource Center by using the Username
    and Password that you created in your application. Next, follow these simple steps:
     
  •    Log in
  •    Select "Creating Links" from the left-hand navigation bar
  •    Choose from an assortment of linking options-pick the option that best suits your site         content and message
  •    Generate the necessary html code, and copy and paste this code into your Web site
  • Please return to the Affiliate Resource Center as often as you like to retrieve new links from
    this ever-expanding list.
    6. Where should I place the links on my site?
    You should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find--your homepage is a
    good place to start. Other areas that usually work well include your navigation bar, and all other
    high-trafficked areas. When your links are placed in an easily accessible location on your site,
    your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase.
    7. When should I add new links?
    Frequently! We are constantly adding new credit-related products and links that may fit the
    interests of your visitors. Be sure to visit the Affiliate Resource Center regularly to see all of the
    additions.
    8. Can I send emails if I have a database of names?
    Yes, email campaigns are permitted, but the following have to be in place prior to sending an
    email
    a. All email marketing processes must adhere to all U.S. Federal and State laws concerning commercial emails.

    b. Email marketing materials must have prior TrueLink approval, contact affiliate@truecredit.com for specific terms.
    9. How much do I get paid in referral fees?
    You will earn up to $30 for a TransUnion Credit Monitoring trial subscription. See

    Tip:
    A prominently placed link on your home page, as well as other strategic places on your site, will increase traffic to your new credit-reporting center and boost your earnings.
    10. How do I track the amount of commission I've earned?
    The Affiliate Resource Center allows you access to daily, updated reports, which provide
    information about impressions, click-throughs, orders, shipments, and commissions earned.
    11. When do I get paid?
    Each month you will receive a check for a percentage of the sales you referred to our site. It's
    that easy!
    Please Note: If the fees payable to you for any month are less than $25.00, we will hold those fees until the total amount due is at least $25.00.
    12. Who processes the orders and handles customer service?
    We will handle all the routine legwork! We will process all orders and handle any and all customer service relating to TrueCredit.com credit reporting services. Furthermore, we work hard to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you hear that any of your customers have a problem with our products, feel free to direct them to our email support address:
    support@truecredit.com and we will take care of the rest.
    13. How do you know that the orders came from my site?
    The link you create from the Affiliate Resource Center includes your unique affiliate identifier. This identifier signals us each time a TrueCredit.com product is purchased from your Web site. It is very important that you do not make any modifications to these links in order to ensure proper tracking.
    14. Can I operate more than one Web site?
    Yes. However, all Web sites must be approved by TrueCredit. Please contact us at
    affiliate@truecredit.com to have additional Web sites added to your affiliate account.
    15. If I operate more than one Web site, can you track them separately but pay me with one commission check?
    Yes. You can have multiple sites under one Affiliate account. You can create links and generate reports specifically for each site, and still receive one commission check. To set up an account with multiple sites, please contact us at
