Our management team is comprised of individuals with deep domain expertise
and financial services experience with leading lending institutions
in the country.
John Danaher - President
Mr. Danaher serves as President of TrueCredit and manages the day-to-day
operations as well as strategic direction of the company. Most recently,
Mr. Danaher was Chief Operating Officer of TrueCredit, a position he held
since April 2001. He has 18 years experience in the financial services
industry, including mortgage and home equity originations and servicing.
Danaher joined TrueCredit from Citibank where he designed and launched
the company’s home equity Web site. During his tenure at Citibank, he
was responsible for Web design and development, strategic planning,
systems integration, process design, project management, and training.
He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Masters
from Washington University in St. Louis.
Joe Kreiner - Vice President,
Marketing
Mr. Kreiner oversees advertising, marketing, retention and public relations
areas for TrueCredit. Previously, he served in a variety of high-profile
positions, including Vice President of Marketing at Dun and Bradstreet,
Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Datapro McGraw-Hill, and Vice
President of Marketing and Sales for K-III (KKR Publishing). Mr. Kreiner
earned his Bachelor's degree from Kent State University, and has pursued
advanced studies in marketing at Penn State University and in technology
at Columbia University.
Thomas DiStanislao – Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Mr. DiStanislao leads the global sales and business development efforts
for TrueCredit’s products and services. He is also responsible for identifying
strategic business acquisition targets. Previously, Mr. DiStanislao
was Vice President and General Manager of the TransUnion California
Division and was responsible for strategic planning, marketing, business
development and financials. With over 10 years of experience prior to
TransUnion, he held a number of Executive Sales and General Management
positions in the Healthcare Industry with Baxter Healthcare and American
Hospital Supply Corporation. Mr. DiStanislao has a Bachelor of Arts
in Communications from The University of Southern California. He has
also achieved advanced studies in marketing, strategic planning and
finance from Stanford University and The Wharton School of Business.
Scott Metzger - Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Metzger leads the Development and Quality Assurance efforts at TrueCredit.
He has significant experience leading the development of enterprise
Web applications for companies such as MCI, IBM, Apple, and Intel. Prior
to that he was a Sr. Systems Consultant for Baxter's Corporate Research
and Development group. Mr. Metzger was one of the early adopters of
Java and Java technology and was one of the first to be certified by
Sun as a Java Architect. Mr. Metzger holds a degree in Computer Science
from California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo.
Richard Siegel - General Counsel
Mr. Siegel is the General Counsel of TrueCredit. He has been a Senior
Vice President and General Counsel of Exchange Path, LLC a CMGI Company.
Prior to this, he spent ten years as Vice President and Senior Counsel
at Master Card International. Before this, Mr. Siegel spent a total
of 12 years in both Xerox Credit Corporation and counseling financial
services corporations at corporate law firms in New York. He holds a
JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
